03/27/08: Was sorting every single manuscript and fragments I could find, and have retrieved my rough draft for this work, dated June 1st, 2001.

I met Thomas Chan ever since attending Toronto Chinese Baptist Church in 1995/6, as we were in the same Sunday school class. He gave me these words one day (I assume back in 2001? cannot recall the exact details anymore, heh) and said it would be great if I can set his word into a song. I happily agreed and proceed to work.

These rough drafts are done during my second visit to CCCMIW’s summer music camp, still at Nyack College back then. I recalled I have the tune set to the lyrics already, and was finishing harmonizing the song.

This work, titled “My Prayer” was done in a computer program I no longer use, as a matter of fact I still need to find the files before thinking about editing and/or rendering.
